Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email if there is any significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Carriers

4. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or certain remote areas. If your address falls under these restrictions, we will contact you for an alternate shipping address.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at help@thestitchables.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost, damaged, or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at help@thestitchables. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
9. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, we cannot guarantee that all shipments will arrive on time due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. If you experience a delay, we recommend checking the tracking information or contacting the carrier for an update.
