Is it complete beginner friendly?

Our kits are specially created for beginners and include:
1. Handmade pre-started piece - to assist you with one of the trickiest parts of crocheting.
2. Beginner-friendly yarn – easy to see stitches and prone to splitting.
3. Step-by-step video tutorials – Clear, slow-paced videos for each round, with captions and labels.
4. Custom stitch counter card – to help you keep track of your stitches.
5. Email support – extra help if you need it while crocheting.

Does my kit include a crochet hook?

Each of our starter kits comes with a hook, unfortunately we're unable to offer an option to exclude it.

How long does a kit take?

Great things take time.
Our customers have found that it usually takes anywhere from 4 to 12 hours.

Can i just buy the pattern?

Unfortunately, we don't offer this at the moment, but we appreciate your interest.

Is it suitable for kids?

We recommend this for children 12 years and older.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 AUD, and we'll ship your order the next working day.
Currently, we only ship within Australia, but we're excited to expand soon!

At the moment, we only ship within Australia.

When will you ship my order?

We send out orders within the next 1-2 business days.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we will send the orders out the next business day and arrange for express delivery.

Orders and Returns

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you can't find the email or entered the wrong address, please email us at hello@thestitchables.com and we will work quickly to resolve this.

What's your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:
  1. How to Return: To start a return, please email us at hello@thestitchables.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Refunds: Once we receive the returned items, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank to process the refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

What do I do if my order is damaged or missing items?

Kits

I lost the password for my kit

All is good!
Please email us at hello@thestitchables.com and include your order number and kit name and we will send you the password via email.

I bought a kit. How do I get started?

We’re so excited for you to begin!
Inside your kit, you'll find a small card with your Stitchables' name. Flip it over and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, go to the menu bar > Tutorials > select your animal, and enter the password on the back of the card to start crocheting from the prestarted piece.

I'm having trouble assessing the tutorials

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble. Please double-check that the password is typed correctly.
If it’s still not working, try closing the browser and entering it again.
If the issue persists, please email hello@thestitchables.com , and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

My yarn has a knot in it

A knot in the yarn is normal, as we combine larger pieces into smaller ones.
Luckily, it’s easy to hide though! Check out the tutorial in our 'Help Videos' section for more.

There's something else wrong with my kit
